Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations.

To exercise this right, email us at wodaritual@gmail.com within that period, including your order number. We will confirm the address to which you should send the product.

Conditions for return:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us at wodaritual@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it, including photos of the product and packaging.

In these cases, you do not need to return the product physically. After reviewing your case, we will offer you one of the following solutions, your choice:

• A full refund of the amount paid, or
• A replacement product sent at no additional cost.

Digital Content (21-Day Method)

Access to the method's videos, the hypopressive class, and the nutrition guide is activated immediately after purchase, with your express consent given at the time of purchase. Once access to this digital content has begun, the right of withdrawal on that portion of the order is lost, in accordance with applicable regulations. This does not affect your right of withdrawal on the physical kit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days from approval. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or card issuer.
